that service disruptions may also occur due to factors outside the Owner’s control, such
as natural disasters.
Assignment of Rights
The Owner reserves the right to transfer or assign
its rights under these Terms to third parties. Users may not transfer their rights without the
Owner’s written consent.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the
remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable. Invalid provisions will be replaced with
alternatives that reflect the original intent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of
the jurisdiction in which the Owner operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. For European Consumers,
stronger local protections will apply.
