These Terms govern the use of the Ladies Bible app and establish the legal relationship between you, the User, and the Owner. By using this app, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. Specific terms may apply depending on the nature of the User (e.g., consumer or business), and these distinctions will be made clear.

Certain provisions of these Terms may apply to specific User groups, such as consumers. Any such distinctions will be clearly indicated. Unless otherwise specified, these Terms apply equally to all Users.
The minimum age requirement to use the App varies by jurisdiction:
If you are under the applicable minimum age, you may only use the Services with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet the age requirements applicable to your jurisdiction or have obtained proper parental or guardian consent.
If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the App.
If you are below the minimum age required under applicable law, you may only use the Services after your parent or legal guardian has read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.
By consenting to this Agreement, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges full acceptance of all terms herein and agrees to assume supervisory responsibility for the minor's use of the Services.
For European users, additional requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may apply regarding the processing of personal data of minors.
(a) You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App, including video streaming content and social features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
(b) When you log in through video streaming services, you authorize Ladies Bible to access your video streaming account information as needed to provide the service.
(c) You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
(d) You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

(a) Users may choose to subscribe to certain services or features offered through the Application. Subscription details, including the subscription period, pricing, and payment terms, will be clearly displayed within the Application before purchase.
(b) Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
(c) Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current subscription period.
(d) Your account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge will be at the rate of the selected subscription plan unless otherwise disclosed at the time of renewal.
(e) Users may manage their subscriptions and turn off automatic renewal at any time through their Apple Account Settings or the subscription management settings available on their device.
(f) Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that service, where applicable.
(g) Ladies Bible reserves the right to modify subscription content, features, pricing, subscription periods, or payment methods as permitted by applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated to users in advance where required.
(h) Refund requests will be handled in accordance with Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures. Users may request refunds through Apple directly where required by App Store policies and applicable law.
The following general terms apply unless otherwise stated:
(a) Ownership. You retain all ownership rights in the content you create, upload, post, or share through the Services, including videos, audio, photographs, comments, hashtags, and reviews ("User Content").
(b) License to Us. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (solely for technical purposes such as formatting, transcoding, or resizing), publish, distribute, publicly display, and perform your User Content, solely in connection with operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Services. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except (i) to the extent your User Content has been shared with or re-posted by other users, and (ii) for backup copies retained for a commercially reasonable period or as required by law.
(c) Your Representations. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit the User Content and grant the license above; and (ii) your User Content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any applicable laws.
(d) Prohibited Content. You shall not upload, post, or share any User Content that: (i) is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or hateful; (ii) infringes any third-party rights; (iii) contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or (iv) is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by us.
(e) Our Rights. We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right (without obligation) to review, remove, restrict, or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, at any time and without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate the account of any repeat infringer.
(f) Infringement Reporting. If you believe any User Content infringes your rights, please contact us at fungtszfung@icloud.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will review and address such reports in accordance with applicable laws.
Unless stated otherwise, all content provided within Ladies Bible is owned by the Owner or licensed to the company. We make every effort to ensure that content does not violate third-party rights or legal regulations. If you encounter an issue with content, please report it using the contact details provided.
All intellectual property rights related to the content within Ladies Bible (excluding User Content, which is addressed in the User-Generated Content section) are exclusively held by the Owner or its licensors. Users are permitted to use content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is maintained. Copying, distributing, or exploiting content commercially is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the Owner.
Through Ladies Bible, users may access content or services from third-party providers, including video streaming services. The Owner is not responsible for these external resources and does not control their availability or accuracy. Users should review the terms and conditions of any third-party services before using them.
Ladies Bible must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring their use does not violate any laws or third-party rights. The Owner reserves the right to restrict access, terminate accounts, or report Users to authorities if they are found to:
Ladies Bible is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. The Owner disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Users use the app at their own risk. The Owner does not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor does it take responsibility for third-party services, video streaming content, or external content accessed through the app.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties is not allowed, this disclaimer may not apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the service, video streaming services, or messaging features. Users are responsible for securing their devices from harmful content (e.g., viruses). In jurisdictions where liability limitations are restricted, the Owner's liability will be limited as permitted by law.
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Owner, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, including legal fees, arising from:
Failure by the Owner to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend the app, including video streaming services, for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, with notice provided when possible. Users acknowledge that service disruptions may also occur due to factors outside the Owner's control, such as natural disasters.
The Owner reserves the right to transfer or assign its rights under these Terms to third parties. Users may not transfer their rights without the Owner's written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable. Invalid provisions will be replaced with alternatives that reflect the original intent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Owner operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. For European Consumers, stronger local protections will apply.
(a) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement.
(b) You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and ceasing use of the Services.
(c) Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Ladies Bible may retain your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email, in-app notification, or other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
