Welcome to the Sound of soul meditation app. Please carefully read this User Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) before purchasing or subscribing to any services. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Services

Sound of soul offers premium features and content through subscription plans. Your subscription provides access to exclusive meditations, personalized content, and additional features designed to enhance your experience.

2. Billing and Payment

• Your subscription will be billed automatically at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified) to the payment method you have selected.
• The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• If the payment method is declined, access to premium features may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes account settings.
• Canceling your subscription will stop further charges, but access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

• Refunds for subscriptions will follow Apple App Store’s refund policy. Generally, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and payment information. Sound of soul is not liable for unauthorized access or usage.

6. Termination of Services

• Sound of soul reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription if you violate the app’s terms of service or engage in fraudulent behavior. No refunds will be issued in cases of termination for misconduct.
