Welcome to Sound of soul (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Sound of soul. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using the App. By using or continuing to use the App, you agree to be bound by the Agreement.

1.Description of Services

Sound of soul is a religious meditation app dedicated to helping users achieve spiritual peace and enlightenment. Our primary services include:

Support for prayer and mindfulness practices.

2. User Conduct

2.1 User Commitments
When using the App, users must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:

• Posting insulting, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, or offensive remarks
• Sharing content that contradicts religious beliefs or violates the law
• Impersonating others, committing fraud, or engaging in harassment
• Using malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies to interfere with services
• Collecting or stealing information from other users

2.2 Content Ownership and License

• Users may not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the App or third parties.

3. Changes and Suspension of Services

3.1 Service Changes
Sound of soul reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate parts or all of the services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through in-app announcements or emails.

4. Subscription and Payment Policy

4.1 Subscription Services

• Some premium meditation courses and specific features require a paid subscription, with plans detailed within the App.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the next billing cycle.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Users may request refunds within the cooling-off period, as stipulated by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other applicable laws.
• After the cooling-off period, refunds are generally not provided unless a technical issue prevents service use.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Sound of soul values user privacy and strictly adheres to privacy regulations, including the CCPA and GDPR. For more information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Availability and Stability

• While we strive to maintain the stability of the App, we are not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by system maintenance, force majeure, or network outages.

6.2 Disclaimer on Spiritual and Psychological Advice

• The meditation and religious guidance services provided by the App are for spiritual support only and do not constitute professional medical or psychological advice. Users with serious mental or psychological issues are encouraged to seek help from healthcare professionals.

6.3 Disputes Between Users and Third Parties

• Users are responsible for resolving disputes with other users or third parties independently. Sound of soul will not be liable for any resulting claims.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership by Sound of soul
All content within the App (except for user-uploaded content), including trademarks, code, and designs, belongs to Sound of soul and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the App’s content without permission.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of the App should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in the user’s region of North America.

8.2 Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Updates and Interpretation of the Agreement

9.1 Updates to the Agreement
Sound of soul reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app announcements or emails. The updated Agreement will take effect upon publication, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9.2 Interpretation Rights
The final interpretation of this Agreement rests with Sound of soul.
